Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SongWishes, a sole proprietorship registered in India, the operator of Clarity ProMax (the "Service"), collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the Service you agree to this policy. We are the data controller for the information described here.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier to create and identify your account.
- Task and goal data. The tasks, quadrants, tags, and goals you enter into the app.
- Google authorisation tokens. If you enable Google Sheets sync, we securely store the access and refresh tokens needed to create and write to a Sheet on your behalf.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by third-party payment gateways. We receive confirmation of a successful payment and limited details (such as an order or payment reference). We do not store your full card number or bank credentials.
- Usage and analytics. Basic, aggregated usage and performance data (for example via Vercel Analytics) to understand and improve the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To create your account and provide the Service.
- To create and sync your tasks to a Google Sheet in your own Google account, when you have authorised it.
- To process payments and unlock access.
- To respond to support requests and send service-related messages.
- To maintain security and to improve the Service.
3. Google API access and limited use
Clarity ProMax requests only the drive.file Google OAuth scope. This scope limits our access to only the files the app creates, that is, the Clarity ProMax sheet, and not the rest of your Google Drive. We use this access solely to create and update your Clarity ProMax sheet.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to third parties except as needed to operate the Service, comply with the law, or as part of the infrastructure providers listed below.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate safeguards:
- Supabase for authentication and database hosting.
- Google for sign-in and Sheets and Drive integration.
- Vercel for hosting and analytics.
- Payment gateways to process payments.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or ourselves.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, payment records for tax and accounting) by law.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure storage of authorisation tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
You may request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and you may revoke the app's access to your Google account at any time from your Google account permissions page. To make a request, email us at claritypromax@gmail.com.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be made clear where appropriate.
